Georgia Platt
Ecologist
Georgia is a highly skilled and passionate ornithologist with a wide range of experience, having worked in many different habitats across the UK and further afield. Before joining Redwing, she spent four consecutive seasons working as Ranger and Assistant Warden at the world-renowned Fair Isle Bird Observatory, monitoring spring and autumn bird migration as well as working closely with the island's extensive and varied breeding seabird colonies, the latter fuelling her lifelong interest in marine ecology and ecosystems.
She is also a keen bird ringer, having held a BTO C permit for several years and with hands on experience of working with a huge variety of species across the world.
